This week, we welcomed 5 new Beavers and 2 brand new members to Cubs. They all seemed to have a good time, and we look forward to investing them on Friday 30th November. You guys can check out what you need to know and learn for your investiture ceremony by clicking here.
We all played Name Juggle, and we created a new record, completing the loop in just 56 seconds!
We played some games and watched some videos about the dangers of landmines... and we learnt about some charities that help children in the UK and around the world. Here are some of the guys who were unlucky enough to be "injured" by landmines while they were playing football...
We played an unfair challenge, and talked about why sometimes things in life are unfair. We learnt that Children in Need help kids in the UK in lots of different ways.
All in all, it was a great night! If any of you would like to make a donation to Children in Need, you can get info from their website.
Just a wee reminder that there's a joke competition on the blog... can you win???
